Shipping Policy
At Parakai Honey, we strive to get your order of pure New Zealand Mānuka honey to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the following information about our shipping processes.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times within New Zealand
We are proud to offer reliable shipping across Aotearoa.
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
Express Courier: 1-3 business days
Please note: These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
3. Shipping Costs within New Zealand
Orders over $100 qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.
Orders under $100 incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.
Express Courier is available for a flat rate of $9.
4. International Shipping
We are happy to share our Mānuka honey with the world. International shipping is available to select countries.
Please contact us to see if we deliver to your country and to get the associated costs and delivery timeframes.
Please Note: You, the customer, are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country. These are not included in the product or shipping cost.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
6. Shipping Address & P.O. Boxes
Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by you.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. As such, please make sure a physical address is entered in your order.
7. Honey Care During Transit
We take great care in packaging your honey to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Our jars are securely sealed and packaged with sufficient cushioning to protect them during their journey to you.
